Percy screwed up his brow. She was acting like he was sending her off, and he supposed he was, but she did have a say in the matter.
"Well," he said slowly, "that's up to you, in the end. I think the sooner you go, the safer it will be. The Ministry is getting organized quickly. It's hard to say what their next plan will be."
He looked over at her, eyes serious. "We can't--I won't let my feelings get in the way of your safety, Penny. You've probably been here too long, already. I think that the Registration Commission is more concerned about my ties to Harry Potter than you, but I've no desire to push our luck."
