"I appreciate the flowers, more than you know," Hestia said sincerely as they exited her building. It had been a while since anybody had brought her flowers, it had been a while since Hestia had made the time for a relationship with somebody who might happen to bring her flowers. She smiled at that thought.
"I'm sorry that you couldn't be with your family this year, maybe you'll get to visit them before the holidays arrive." When they reached the apparation point behind her building, Hestia wrapped her arms around Viktor's neck. "I'm glad that I get to spend the evening with you in their place, regardless of the circumstances." Her lips pressed lightly against his in a short kiss. Hestia didn't really know what it was about Viktor, but he made it terribly difficult for her to keep her hands, or lips, to herself.
"I suppose we should move along, yes?" Hestia asked, brushing her nose against his. Before he really had time to respond, Hestia pulled them close and apparated them to the restaurant.
