"I didn't see you about for a follow-up, so I assumed you were getting around well enough," Hestia said with a smile. Tom delivered her wine, and she gave the bartender and appreciative smile before she took a sip. "And I appreciate that, it's nice knowing that I'm doing something right around the hospital," she added.
"Work, it's always chaotic around St. Mungo's," Hestia started, "but things are...changing, as I'm sure you know, and things are getting more chaotic." Since they'd received the Blood Status reports at the hospital, people were getting nervous, and some of the muggleborn staff had already resigned to avoid registration.
"We always find ourselves understaffed, but there are more resignations every day. It just makes things more difficult and stressful for those of us that're staying. I hardly doubt this new committee thought of that when they started this registration business," Hestia said, leaving herself a bit unrestrained. "I'm sure not all of the changes have been wonderful for you, have they?"
