Tonks shook her head quietly, trying not to let her hand or frame tremble. She couldn't show fear, no matter how much she felt it. She had to be strong, as an Auror and as a member of the Order. Tonks fell quiet then, the conversation coming back to the man she loved instead of the safety of work. She couldn't find words any longer, the pain tightening her throat as she reached one hand across the table for him. "Remus... please, come back. We're stronger together.
