Tonks shrugged slightly, "We try to do exactly what I've been doing. Don't look too hard but write bloody good reports. Scour every edge of the city that Harry Potter isn't in. We... we might lose respect in our jobs. I don't think they'd fire us. They might eventually take the case off us, but at least we've given Harry some time." Tonks admitted quietly, giving the woman a half smile of hope. It was the best idea she had so far.
"Unless you have better suggestion? I'm certainly listening." Tonks offered, still professional, utterly focused on work even if she looks less than her normal, upstanding self. She's definitely not been sleeping well, but then who has these days?
