The decision was so obvious that it wasn't even a decision. Clint had a family and they needed him. He needed them. If this insane gamble worked and they were able to reverse what Thanos did, under no circumstances was Natasha going to let Laura, Cooper, Lila, and Nate come back to a world without their husband/father. She also knew there was no point in arguing with Clint, knew that he was willing to make the sacrifice to bring back his family, and she could not allow that to happen. Even after all this time, Natasha knew how to get the upper hand and she did it without hesitation. She saw the hurt in his eyes as he desperately tried to pull her up and silently asked for his forgiveness as she let go, content with her decision and praying that her sacrifice would be worth it.
It wasn't the first time Natasha was certain she was going to die and she already knew that the whole 'life flashing before your eyes' thing was an exaggeration. She wasn't sure if she believed in an afterlife or not and had no idea what to expect next. Whatever it was, she didn't care, as long as the Barton family was reunited and all the other millions that were wiped out by Thanos were restored.
Natasha definitely did not expect to open her eyes and find herself lying on a beach. It wasn't tropical, the brisk wind made that much obvious, and she carefully got to her feet only to realize that nothing hurt. She tested her arms and legs, moving them with slow, deliberate motions, confused and surprised that nothing seemed to be broken. As she took in her surroundings, she knew she wasn't on Vormir, though she had no idea where she was. Was this the afterlife? Did their time travel gambit work and somehow she survived? Anything was possible.
"Hello?" she called. "Is anyone out there?" She explored the immediate area and found a piece of paper that she picked up and read. The mention of the device had her look again and she found something that appeared to be some kind of smart phone, though not one she'd ever seen. "Hello?" she called again. The note said there were others. Wherever and whatever this was, Natasha figured it would be easier to deal with if she wasn't on her own.
