The room was large and empty of any other person. It wasn't where Bucky had expected to be. It wasn’t Hydra, that much he knew from the lack of scientist or anyone for that matter. He knew that they would have something that would show that it was their doing. That didn’t give him any answers to why or how he was there. It didn’t take him long to find himself on the network. Not responding or showing that he was there but seeing what was going on. He couldn’t survive without knowing what he should expect. Anyone with half a brain would go straight into collecting as much information on the situation as possible. There was mention of how easy it was to get out of the mansion that he had arrived into. He carefully walked over towards the table near the doorway. Grabbing the bag and quickly reading what was left for him there. It didn't sit well with him but it could have been worse. He left the mansion with the pack but not sure of where he should go. There wasn’t anywhere that he felt like he belonged. Not anymore. The feeling saw only to increase with his arrival in the small town. He decided to go into the city and hope that he would be able to walk around unnoticed by the people there. It was night and most people seemed to be more interested in their own lives. It made it easier for him to slip around unnoticed and unapproached. It wasn't long before he found himself approaching a diner. He didn't have anything on him but it would be a way to get a better understanding of the people in the town. He walked in quietly and made this way to the far booth. |
