I am wondering -- for journalistic purposes -- if anyone official here could explain to me how precisely the guardianship program here works.
It is my understanding that the person who has established custodial rights here maintains those rights, regardless of whether a parent shows up. Is that correct?
Also. Is wanting to use bricks to defend people so wrong? Please advise.
