Clarke didn't know what to do. She wanted to jump up, spring from the bed, and hug him so tightly that he might pass out. She was just afraid to move. She thought if she did, she'd wake up. Bellamy would disappear. He could not really come back from the dead, could he? Finn did. But that wasn't the same. She just couldn't wrap her mind around this.
She listened to him though, he sounded just as confused as she felt. She was so glad that he was there. She wanted to be closer to him. She wanted to hold him and do all of that mushy stuff that she never even would have thought of before this place. What she had with Bell, it was different than things had been with Finn.
"I'm glad." She told him. "I'm so glad to see you...I just don't want you to disappear. I'm afraid if I move or blink, or do anything...that you will." She was being completely real with him. She got up, slowly and moved towards him. He was still there, standing in front of her. She hadn't noticed his wounds before, but she noticed them now.
"What happened?" She asked him. She tentatively reached out to touch his arm. She couldn't get the images of him dead out of her head. But here he was, alive. And he seemed more or less okay. He was given a second chance, like Finn had been. Clarke just had to wonder how he would take that.
Without another word, she wrapped her arms around him, laying her head on his shoulder. "I missed you."
