He is. I just persisted and eventually... he gave in. Probably didn't hurt any that we were both living in the same house at the time, so we saw each other a lot.

It just bothers me more because... I wanted a chance to be with him so bad that I can't understand why someone would have him and take advantage of it like that. How someone could think so little of him.
