Just you, slowly going insane from having to work at such a small hospital without crazy surgeries every day.

Physically he's been doing beautifully. No infections, no clotting. His labs have been coming back clean. But emotionally he's been struggling. It's one of the major factors in him still being at the hospital.

It's.... it can't be easy, going through what he did. He died. And now he's just here. It's got to be a huge culture shock. I talked to Derek, he said that he ordered a psych consult. Do you think that's going to help?

I have to believe it will. Denny deserves another chance. I'd give anything to see him learn to be happy here.

No, he's not. I hate it. Obviously I'm the last person he wants to see, and I'll give him the space he needs. I just wish he wasn't cutting himself off from everyone else.

I didn't know Kepner was here. But I would never turn down cardiac cases.
