Here's what we know:

1. Posting/commenting gives an error. If you keep trying it will post eventually, but it takes a lot of attempts to do so successfully. Squeaky is working on this.

2. In order to see friend-locked posts (and probably eventually post or do anything else), we have to leave and rejoin the groups with every journal.

3. Journals created after 2/13 have to be re-registered. When you do, there may be some random content in said journal, if that content belongs to a player in this game, please contact them to see if they need it. An example for mine: Helga Hufflepuff's app (played by Valerie) is in Jocelyn Herondale's journal. While our posts from post-2/13 journals are still there, they are no longer attached to them, which means those characters will need to be re-apped.

4. If you have changed your email/password on any journal after 2/13, that has been reverted and will need to be changed again.

5. Renames made after 2/13 have also been reverted back. I believe those tokens (if purchased prior to 2/13) are made available again. If not, you may need to contact Squeaky.

6. Any paid services purchased after 2/13 are gone and will need to be refunded. Squeaky mentioned disputing through PayPal.

If I have forgotten anything, feel free to add it.

So it turns out that there are a lot of journals added back that are no longer in game anymore. The best way to remedy this is going to be to remove everyone from the game and have you re-add yourselves, especially since everyone needs to be re-added anyway.

We realize that this is an inconvenience to everyone who has already re-added yourselves and we apologize for this.

We will be doing this immediately so that people can start re-adding right away.
