Katie smiled softly. She had no idea that Woody was named after his grandfather and it sounded adorable the way his mother said it. She immediately felt a sense of respect toward Woody's grandfather too; she knew she would never call him Grandpa Teddy.
And his mother was nice too. Contrasts, contrasts. Though her own mother had called her cariña mía this morning. She longed for Woody to come down though; she was terrible at meeting parents. Georgie never required that.
"Um, coffee?" she said carefully. "I'm not picky. I'll have anything." She wanted Woody's mother to like her.
