Mary Anne wasn't sure what she wanted. She was a pretty content girl and had most of want she needed. Not that she was spoiled, by any means, but she didn't need a lot. KNowing what she wanted for Christmas was very difficult for Mary Anne. She was never the type to ask for something or to tell someone what she wanted. Her dad made her that way. He seldom asked what she wanted and she could only remember a handful of times he had - namely what she wanted for her thirteenth birthday; a kitten. It sure did make things easier when you did tell someone what you wanted though and so she thought for a moment, "A new book. I need a good story to get into." One I can slip away into. She smiled warmly, realizing she wasn't sure what Sunny would want.
"What about you Sunny? Anything you really want?" She knew Sharon and Dawn were already planning gifts for Sunny, but she was hoping to have a list full of ideas in case they didn't have any.
