Questionnaire - In person interview with newbies
I'm saying that I don't accept a life of suffering. I suffered to get here. Now I'm here and now I'm better. Life gets better, it's meant to get better. I'm not saying life isn't hard but it's not suffering. In the end, all the pain has to be worth it. In the end, the pain has to end and the rewards begin.
I'm a gay black man, believe me I know what you're talking about. But now my life is sweet. Yours will be too. You just gotta keep at it and you cannot accept a lifetime of suffering to be an inevitability.
Your family will bear your burden with you. And one day, even when it's hard, it won't feel like suffering anymore. It'll just be progress.
