It's been well over a decade since Stark tried to kill Bucky and that wasn't because Bucky was being annoying. It was because he watched a video of Bucky killing his parents, and I could have stopped him alone, but I didn't want to hurt him. I wasn't trying to hurt him, I was trying to stop him from hurting Bucky because he didn't understand that Bucky was brainwashed. People die every day, but my team works like a well oiled machine. One you used to want to be a part of but right now you're the weakest link in the chain.
Leaders don't get time to grieve. Leaders don't get slack. When my son died, I came in to practice the next day and gave it my all because heroes don't get days off. If you can't step up because you're grieving, that's fine, but I'll take over your team because this is what happens when you're not on your A-game. Mouse could have died. Someone who's devoted himself to you for years. He almost was murdered by Brick. And the most disturbing part of this was that when I came to you and asked what happened, you let Cam speak up. When you finally spoke, you blamed it on Mouse. You need to do better or you need to stand down.
When a team fails, it's on the leader. Your team is failing.
