Wes had had some time to get used to this idea, thanks to Yoona showing up in his shop earlier that day. He entered the room and stood off to the side, feeling large and gangly and awkward. He kept his arms crossed defensively over his chest and, though he knew the man sitting down couldn't see him, he also knew that Noel knew exactly where he was. The man in his dreams had never seemed to have the same kinds of problems that beset other blind people Wes had met.
As for the fairy woman, it was mostly just disturbing to meet her in person. She wasn't the first inhuman being Wes had met; it went hand in hand with participating in the underground magical market. But he felt oddly... possessive of her. Of all of them. They were his oldest friends, in a way, even though he'd never met them before.
"Yoona's uncle is missing. When we realized how we knew each other, we figured that meant you two were real, too, so we decided to track you down. Thought.. maybe you could help." Straight to the point, with as little dissembling as possible.
