The way he was looking at her pictures; the expressions on his face made her exceptionally proud of herself. Joey was already proud of her work, but when people praise it, she feels so much better about it. Photography has been a long time hobby for her; specifically when she was 14 years old after her mother had just died. Photography allowed her to capture the beauty of unnatural things that people may not seem to notice. It’s her ‘job’ to show people and have them recognize the small things in their lives that they haven’t looked at yet.
Joey tried to give back the firm handshake, but her hands were too soft and too dainty that it was nearly impossible for her to, “Rune; it’s nice to meet you” she smiled. Her head tilted cocking an eyebrow at him, “Naughty? What do you mean?” she asked quixotically. It took her a minute; or two; to comprehend what he was trying to say and when it finally her lips parted into an ‘o’ shape, “Oh! Something naughty, I get it now…oh, oh gosh no!” she quickly said shaking her head furiously. Joey was sometimes slow with subjects like that.
