"The one with the curls and the glitter?" He chuckled, remembering the monstrosity. The glitter was uneven as the top had fallen off and gotten all over the left side and barely on the right. Charlie had sort of know Izzy before this year, as in he could place a name to the face and pick her out of a line up, but he had never tried to be friends with her or even talk to her outside of the odd event where he'd forgotten a pen or needed a piece of paper.
