We have a new player for our Chief Medical Officer (![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) healingtouch). Her name is Ashlee and hopefully she will be writing a short intro about herself soon. If you haven't welcomed her to the game, please do so. =)
In other news, I've been very impressed with the amount of holds we're getting. I didn't expect this many before the start date. For those of you itching to get writing, feel free to have something ready to post on Wednesday.
Some things to keep in mind when posting your first ICs: Days of the week are not necessary, a simple date will suffice. The in-game start date will be April 5th, 2382. Also, keep in mind that many of the officers, especially the senior staff, have already had a ship orientation a few days prior to coming aboard. I was going to add that into the plot, but it's kind of common sense that crew members would have some form of familiarity before running a brand new ship.
You can either have your character already aboard or you can write out their short journey to the ship (from Earth, from a space station, etc). Many of the characters have not met one another. There will not be a Captain's Ceremony. Be creative and have fun. If you have any questions please let me know.
