"No..." She turned to face him again, eyes filled with tears. "It's not okay, it's never going to be okay. I'm a monster. I'm not even human." She couldn't help this. This had been building inside of her for so long, and she finally had to let someone know. Someone that she knew. Someone she was...close with. This was her life now, but she wasn't okay with it. "Most days I just want to walk out there...and..." Alex let her voice trail off, she didn't have to finish the sentence, he'd know where she was going with it.
Alex was mourning the life she'd lost, the one she could have had once upon a time. She was technically dead now. She'd never get older. She'd probably never die, though that one was debatable. She'd never have kids. She'd probably never see the sun again, unless there was a witch who could make her a daylight ring. She tried to calm herself, feeling embarrassed about her outburst. "You should go." She said, though she knew he wouldn't listen when she'd practically just confessed to wanting to commit suicide.
