Giotto stood quietly at attention listening to Spock introduce Dehner and her reason for being here. He'd expected an evaluation eventually. They'd all been offered grief/trauma counseling while the Enterprise was being repaired, but he doubted that more than a fraction had taken that offer. He certainly hadn't. Talk therapy had it's place, but he'd never found talking to a complete stranger all that helpful.
However, these were orders. There was nothing to do but go through with it.
Still this was months earlier than a psych eval should come for a new crew no matter what they'd been through, which reeked of politics. He was a little concerned that these rookies might not realize that, but it wasn't his place to point it out. In fact, it might just make them more defensive, which wouldn't go over well. They'd all had at least one psych eval to get into Starfleet, so hopefully they understood how to play that game.
"Polite, calm, professional - if everyone remembers to stick to that, we should come through just fine."
