"Hail the other ships! Don't let them drop out of warp!" Olivia shouted while gripping the bottom of her chair to keep from falling.
It was ironic that no later than a week after the commission of a new ship, it was already enduring almost irreversible damage. They were losing haul integrity on multiple decks and the only way out of this was to either flee, hide, or fight. Olivia went into crisis mode and began a barrage of orders, following the Captain's lead of course.
"Lieutenant, fire blind wide spread phaser pulses, see how many of those ships we can knock out!" she shouted to Caine.
She left her seat to rush to the aid of the fallen crew member, placing her hand upon the singed skin of her neck only to find a faint pulse.
She tapped her combadge. "Medical team to the bridge!"
Whenever the ship encounters danger, it automatically activates red alert meaning the lights dim to conserve power. This decrease in lighting compared with the sparks and smoke jetting from multiple directions made visibility on the bridge minimal. There were so many reports being shouted from each station that people were stepping over each other's words. Olivia looked back at Gideon, waiting for his direction.
