Topher was aware of what was going on, it would have been hard not to notice when he wound up losing a row of samples he'd been working with as they crashed to the floor. As much as he hated the idea, it looked like he'd be needed down with medical; he did have the degree and it was an emergency, so he hoped that his nerves and stomach managed to hold up. About to leave, he noticed his door opening, and wondered at it before taking off until he saw...
Oh. Nali... That made sense then, didn't it? Guessing they'd be going in the same direction, he took off there as well, managing to brace himself as the next hit came, though he saw she wasn't quite as lucky as he'd been. He wanted to say something to her now, make sure she was okay, but she was still ahead of him, and then getting up anyway, and obviously there wasn't time. Instead he proceeded ahead to the same triage area and started trying to remember what you did in this situation.
It had obviously been a while, but a pair of hands was a pair of hands, right?
