Kana wasn't sure why she had agreed to do this. She was so nervous that she was afraid she would burst into flames at any minute. The only thing that was helping her keep calm was the simple face that she was looking forward to seeing what everyone had decided to wear.
After she was informed about a few more of the details, she actually had to alter her dress a bit from what she had originally intended on, as originally she would have wound up soaking the bottom of her dress in the water. Instead, she turned the dress into a hi-lo dress. It was a rose red colored dress, sleeveless with a v-neck crossover. The tail would flow ever so slightly as she walked giving the appearance as though a small breeze was constantly blowing it. She was a bit shorter on time when working on Rob's outfit though, so she decided to go with a more simplistic form (which she thought would suit his build a bit better anyways). She had made him a thin breezy shirt that was red on the outside with a silver on black tropical flower design on the inside of the sleeves which could be seen when they were rolled up once or twice. Since it was advised, she chose to make some shorts for him. The shorts were similar to the insides of his sleeves, allowing for an almost swimsuit style while at the same time being functional for shorts.
She was glad when she looked around to see her choice for Rob's outfit was pretty much what everyone else had done, though the other guys were much more plain with it. She was sort of pleased that Rob probably looked to be better dressed while still being casual than all the other guys there. Granted, her eyes lingered on Mickey for a bit longer than she probably should have allowed. "You look very handsome by the way," she told the boy who was nearly twice her height. It was not a hollow compliment in the least either. She ran a hand through her hair nervously as she had no idea how to act on a date, much less a date to a school dance.
