Thread: Asking Angels for Directions
WHO: Callum Riley and Ambriel
WHEN: Sunday afternoon [backdated]
WHERE: The lawn
Callum had gotten up rather early and, rather than bother either of his brothers, decided to go wander the school grounds. He'd been given some tours by Teddy and Matt, so he wanted to see if he could remember where things were and get a feel for being able to walk around campus on his own. After all, he couldn't go everywhere with his brothers all the time.
His walk had taken him from Pegasus House (which he felt like he knew almost as well as their home back in New York after Teddy's enthusiastic tour of the building that was still making him smile), back towards the main building in a rather roundabout way. Trying to get back to it by using different routes than he'd used previously. Though he had by no means gotten around the entire campus that morning, he felt he knew it a little better. On the outside anyway. The knowledge that the rooms sometimes shifted on the inside made him a little wary of going in alone at first, but he'd have to get to it at some point.
It was after lunch, and he figured it was time to go and see if his brothers were up. He started back for his dorm so that he and Teddy could go collect Matt together. Choosing another new path, he found himself passing by the chapel. Not entirely knowing if he was heading in the right direction (he'd thought he was, but maybe he accidentally wandered in another direction?), he looked around for anyone who might be able to help him.
He spotted someone on the lawn and took a chance at asking. "Hey," he called out, raising an arm in greeting as he moved closer. "I'm still figuring out my way around campus. Could you tell me if Pegasus is this way?"
