"Well, thanks," Leon said sincerely. Though he didn't dream of being able to teach one day, it was a sincere compliment to be thought of as a potentially good one, and he was touched that Kana, having just met him as well, had made that assessment. The Voodooist felt a little guilty, though, knowing she didn't know what kind of person he really was. Hopefully she'd never find out.
"High school is brutal sometimes," He nodded, acknowledging the need to stay out of other people's ways. "Though, the only school I've been to is this one. I can't imagine how petty and ignorant regular people are in a school setting." Especially if supernatural kids were the way they were while having more of an understanding of the world around them.
"Learned what I wanted?" he repeated, considering the question with a thoughtful narrowing of his angled almond eyes. "I'm no expert. But I've come a long way. The school has been in business for a while. I think they're equipped to handle almost any kind of... well, teaching." Leon gave a small shrug and checked his sketch again, adding a few more lashes to the laughing eyes that were floating on the page.
He'd come to be rid of the ghosts and while their numbers had diminished, some of them could not be shaken. Instead, he focused on becoming better at his craft so that they would never get the slip on him and he'd always be prepared. It was a dangerous cat and mouse game he played with the dark spirits, but it was his only choice.
"What about you? What did you come to learn?" He sketched a moment longer before transferring his gaze to Kana again to gauge her response.
