Thread: Settling In
WHO: Matthew Riley & Valentin Graff
WHEN: 4th October 2013
WHERE: Principal's Office then the School
NPCs: Ms. Menides
RATING: PG
Life had gone from pretty damn normal to weird and surreal, especially as only a few weeks ago one Matthew Riley had woken butt naked in the middle of nowhere with no memory of what had happened except for the fact that he was no longer human. Far from it in fact. He'd looked at his mother like she'd lost her mind when she'd started banding words like 'werewolf' around, but the more she said it the more things began to make sense, even down to the heightened senses and the overwhelming desire he had for meat all the goddamn time.
But then he'd been in effect shipped out, sent off to a boarding school in what felt like the middle of nowhere, especially to a kid used to living in the heart of New York city. Did he feel put out? Sure he did. It kind of felt to him like his family didn't want to deal with their new werewolf for a son and brother, but he knew on a deeper level that wasn't the intent, but whatever. He wasn't in the best of moods, which might explain how as he sat in a chair in the Principal's office his attention drifted.
She was giving him some sort of stern lecture, but Matthew was too busy fixating on the art, wondering who in the hell bought that kind of stuff. And the desk, did she really need a desk that big? Unless of course it could be used for... other reasons. He was willing to bet that somebody somewhere in this school had at least had oral on that desk even if they hadn't gone the whole way. It was a good size after all so why not, right?
He pushed a hand into his dishevelled blonde hair and blinked his large blue eyes as he attempted to focus, bringing his senses back to the Principal, hoping he hadn't missed an important question in amongst all the ramble.
What? School bored him and by extension so did all the teachers and figures associated with it.
