Outdoors / Pool - Rob and Open
The forays into the large sunken swimming pool in the back yard had started out as unintentional. Rob had started it by shoving one of his football teammates in as a joke. Two others had come after Rob in retailation and in the end it had taken eight of them to get him in and even then Rob had let them do it. The water was actually very warm, especially in comparison to the cool evening air, so Rob elected to stay in for a while, pulling off his shirt (but keeping his shorts on), and tossing it out onto the grass to find later. Others came in as well, some fully clothed, others stripping down to their underwear first. Though a few were horseplaying in the water, most everyone else was congregating in small groups by the pool's edge. Rob was standing in the part of the pool that was six feet deep, his head and shoulders still easily well above water. He had a half empty bottle of Jack Daniel's sitting at the edge of the pool, and he was occasionally taking a swig from it. The group who was with him were arguing over ideas for a game, none of which sounded that interesting to him. He started to nod his head to the tune blaring over the speakers as he looked around the yard. It was dark, but the lanterns hung around were giving enough illumination for Rob to at least make out the shapes of people in the yard and back by the woods.
