Van was finished with his homework and was laying on his stomach on the floor, the new Spider-Man game Gil had gotten him playing on the TV screen, on mute, while Travis Scott played from his laptop. Van didn't wear a shirt in his own room. He had on bright orange 80s styled running shorts with a red band on the hem. Van was not opposed to letting himself be objectified.
Around his neck was the silver necklace he was never seen without. The chain was long enough to touch the floor as he laid there playing. He liked the easy friendship he had with John. Their not a friendship. Unlike himself, John wasn't a good student, academically. He was a brilliant healer, though, and that was impressive enough.
When John spoke, Van glanced at him while his fingers continued to move on the controller. "Xavier? Yeah, I think so. Grouchy new standard, sure." He smirked. "What about him?"
