Clara & Dom & Open
Clara had chosen a black dress with colourful accents at the top, that reminded her of the bright lights of a carnival as well as the fireworks they always had with carnivals back home. Her jewelry had more bright colours with a necklace, earrings, mulitcoloured bracelet on one wrist and three bracelets on the other. She kept her makeup simpler - a lipstick that she thought complimented her dress and a fun look for her eyes to go with the theme. She thought her hairstyle and bright shimmering red nail polish were fun too. That was what a carnival was all about. Fun. It's what this night was for too. Enjoying every bit of her last days as a student, and hopefully not letting herself worry about the next phases in her life.
Just in case the carnival aspect of her outfit didn't come across, she had decorated her shoes (not including the white tights) and carried a carousel purse to match the theme more closely. Plus, the purse gave the option of a place to put some of her jewelry if got in the way of enjoying any games or rides. Or if she started to feel like her appearance was too eighties. Clara could almost always find a reason to feel self-conscious.
She looked all around as she arrived with Dom. This was nothing like the magical, mystical setting she imagined, what she had come to expect from the supernatural school. This was better. "Wow." She exclaimed. "It's just like fairs I went to back home." She loved the reminder of the small town life, when everyone would gather for a night of fun. Having it combined with her love of dancing, made it even better. She knew that before the night was over, she wanted to try everything there.
