Jerry fought a little, although futile, against Blake, and Cressida looked to Kiakos, "That may be an underestatement. You may want to take over here. I'll have a look at Mr. Horváth." Even if the boy was accustomed to dying, usually as a result of his own reckless behavior, she wanted to look over him. Cheyenne was lucky in that it was Tanek who tugged her tail and not another student. The fatal bite would have spelled disaster for the Cerberus, and led to a whole world of trouble.
Even if she wasn't technically at fault in some respect, she sort of was in another. She transformed, and the risks were high. Cressida gave a look to Cheyenne, one of disappointment, the feeling echoing in their connection, before going to Tanek.
"Just sit for now," she said, "The venom is probably still in your system." She made sure the bo stayed sitting and she spoke to Ewan, "Ewan, get your brother to the infirmary." The farther Van was away from the scent of blood, the better. Ewan heard Ms. Hallowfen and kept his eyes locked with Van's, "Wee're goona stand up on th'count oof three. Then yoo'n I are goona take steps together. Aye'm here, brar." Counting to three, the two boys stood and started toward the infirmary.
"Cheyenne, transform and go to the bungalow. We will talk once I've gotten Tanek to the infirmary and settled."
