Sasha had been one of the early spectators to the fight. He'd been enjoying watching Van land hits on Liam, silently egging the kelpie on in the hope that he would knock all of the cockiness out of that idiot were and leave him bleeding in the corridor, but that hadn't happened. Other weres had joined in, and even with Ewan coming in to try and help, Van didn't appear to be on the winning side.
Caitlin had been the last to get involved in Van's defence, and although in any other situation Sasha would have loved to see the girl get knocked out, today he supported her efforts, at least until that skinny dog-girl who'd blocked him on the networks had gotten herself involved.
Liam had said that dogs and wolves were different, but not so different that they didn't come to help one another in fights, right?
Van looked hurt and Liam was free to land some hits in on him now that Caitlin was busy. With a huff, Sasha threw down his backpack and joined the fray. He elbowed one were, the one who'd pushed Van back towards Liam, in the face and waited until he shrank back before ramming his boot into the boy's calf muscle.
And then he went for Liam. Sasha couldn't fight a were, but he could at least make the fight a bit fairer for Van. Using his sharp fangs he clamped down on the were's arm, biting down as hard as he could.
