Thread: Frenemies WHO: James Weatherby and Valentin Graff WHERE: James' room, Pegasus dormitory WHEN: Night of March 13rd
"Oh my God," Valentin moaned as he pressed his forehead to the flat of James' desk. "This is the task that never ends."
Mr. Farrowe had asked them to help out with the planning of the Parent-Teacher-conferences. The school did not have enough bedrooms to put them all up, so rooms had been arranged at Camden Crossings for the surplus of parents. However, that meant there had to be transportation for those who slept in Camden and that required a schedule and some careful planning, because while there were plenty of students who wanted to make a quick buck ferrying parents with their cars, not all of them were suited for the job and those students needed to be present for the conferences as well. Additionally, Mr. Farrowe had asked them to help out with the last-minute things that also needed to happen.
While Valentin and James had plenty of differences, there were some things that they shared: they both had a knack for organising things and, as vampires, they did not require sleep. And, as such, they had spent the better part of the night planning, making to-do-lists and drawing up timetables.
Valentin's brain was starting to feel like bubblegum.
He leaned back into his chair, staring to the ceiling. The curse escaped his lips before he realized and it seemed to scare even him. "For fuck's sake."
