By the Lake: Cheyenne and Cressida
When Cressida asked her what happened, the dam broke and Cheyenne started to cry in earnest. It was safer to do so this far from the others. Between gasps and sniffles, Cheyenne managed to get out a few words.
"Liam! He said--" Cheyenne pointed back towards the lake, but then folded her arms tightly over her chest. "He said--" she hiccuped past a lump of emotion and her clear eyes, full of tears, looked up at Cressida with the despair only a teenager humiliated by her heart's desire could pull off. She could barely bring herself to tell Cressida. "He said my breasts are small!" It wasn't exactly what he'd said, granted, but Cheyenne was taking creative rights.
