F: A year and a half technically, but if we're rounding up, yes, two years. I don't believe the school had all that much of an influence on my film, though if I were to drop a name, it would be Ms. Josephine Pearl, the dance teacher. Funnily enough, it was she who presented me with an opportunity to direct a play and not the theatre teacher. Directing the play strengthened my resolve to make this film a reality. Other than her, I can't think of any other staff who helped or inspired me. I will say that Van Carlyle and his determination for his own film kept my competitive spirit fueled and focused on producing the absolute best product I could.
