L: That's fascinating. It's a common misconception that a writer is writing about their own life, when more often than not, in my research, they are writing about what was observable from someone else's. We always try to insert the writer, especially, for whatever reason, if the writer is female, into the main protagonist or antagonist.
Do you think your film is trying to convey any social or political views? Or is that open to viewer interpretation?
