Birthday fairy
Who: Thérèse and open to reactions from Cressida When: Sunday early morning Where: Cressida's home
Thérèse was feeling much more like herself after the vacation she had, yet she still was troubled by a few small things. Something that was not troubling to her, however, was her feelings towards her friends. Cressida had been a good friend to her for many years, so it only felt right to do something nice for her on her birthday. She was well aware that a large elaborate birthday scene was not something the other teacher would have liked though, so instead she opted to discover Cressida's favorite flowers and arrange them to grow on either side of the pathway leading up to the house. She used a bit of her fée magic to allow them the ability to grow despite the continued cold weather. Along with this, she arranged a gift basket of fruits and other sweets (including a small jar of Thérèse's personal homemade honey), a bottle of fairy wine, and two tickets to a show in Rockport the evening of the following Saturday.
A card along with the basket read, "I hope that your day of birth comes with a wondrous time." At the bottom of the card was simply the letter "T".
She didn't feel like sitting around this time after the set up, for her previous experience with Blake had caused her to not feel up for that any longer. If her friend wished to get together later then that was fine, but for now she would just go find something else to do.
