Who: Pavel & Valentin
When: After classes Monday
Where: Tin's room
What: Tutoring & relationship talk
Pavel sat on the floor, his back against Tin's bed and a notebook resting on his legs. Next to him his math book laid open as he worked to complete his homework. Behind him, on the bed was Valentin doing his own work, but always leaned over to help his boyfriend if he had a question. The only reason the Fae wasn't failing math was because of the vampire. That day however, Pavel was finding it hard to focus. Hell most days he found it hard to focus. Every day he visited the school nurse and was given a 'treatment', every day Mr. Pheres tweaked and adjusted his method to try to make it permanent. But every day his body continued to break down. Pavel could now tell when it started to get bad and things started to shut down again (typically late at night or right before bed). He was almost positive he'd just not wake up one day- though Tin might say he was being over dramatic. He knew one way to resolve his situation. Ms. Edouard had told him. He even had a 'volunteer' to help, but he couldn't do it. Or rather he couldn't keep it from his boyfriend.
He was going to tell him after he realized Mr. Phere's cure wasn't working, but then he found out Valentin was staying over the break and he didn't want to ruin the holiday. All break it had been weighing on his head and he'd tried to be energetic and positive and everything a good boyfriend was, but it had been exhausting. Every day he'd felt tired and drained, he used snuggling while watching a movie to try to cover when it was really bad. He'd also found that even being intimate with Tin was something he wasn't as interested in- not because he wasn't still very much attracted to the boy, but because he just didn't have the drive as he had. Now that the holiday was over though, he was out of excuses. He tapped his pencil against the note pad as he debated and realized he had nothing to wait for. Moving the notebook, he turned and knelled before Tin's bed, putting his arms on the mattress. He reached out and coaxed the other boy down for a kiss before beginning.
"So, there is something I have needed to talk to you about." Pavel said, feeling a pit rise in his stomach. "I found more out about what is happening with me- the passing out and almost dying part." He said with as sigh, knowing that if he let Tin interrupt him before he at least got out the basics he may chicken out. "The Fae I am needs something girls- females give off. Like hormone or something. Ms. Edouard believes this is why touch is poison, to make it easier to get girl." He paused, not quite sure how to enter into the next step. How do you tell your boyfriend that you're basically asking for permission to cheat.
