Near Pegasus: Cascada and Ms. Pearl
Cassie was familiar with a bit of the Halloween traditions as they were in Spain, but there was really nothing like this where she was from. She did her best to dress up in something that would look good so that when she wished for someone to notice her they would, while at the same time being something she could easily vanish in for when she decided to do something more fun. In the end, she chose something she was accustomed to already.
She had made the rounds of the houses; however, nothing truly held her interest for too long. She did make an effort to stay away from Pegasus when she could. She was made aware that the spirits did not always have to have died here, and she was not in the mood to have a face to face with either of her parents. They had abandoned her, and what was worse, they were proven to be weak. She would rise above their failures. She shook her head to rid herself of the thoughts for now. She was supposed to be trying to have fun, and what was more fun than teasing people?
She checked the time on her phone and was happy to find that her time playing house servant was over, so she could finally get away from Pegasus before she came across anyone she knew that had died. Still, that didn't mean she couldn't have a little fun. She drifted into the shadows and altered faded into her smokey form. She drifted high into the ceiling, being careful to stay in the shadows, even drawing them to her in order to allow her the ability to see everyone while no one could see the smoke above them. Some were drunk already, those were too easy though. She couldn't have fun with them. She continued to drift along the edge of the ceiling until something caught her eye, so to speak. It was a rather fetching necklace, but it appeared to be around the wrong person's neck, for it belonged to Cassie. She moved a bit quicker now so that she could follow the girl out of the dorms.
She came up with the plan easily. She had heard a few of the girls talking to this one, so she would simply have to throw her voice as she came from behind. The voice of the girl's friend, calling back to her. Cascada reformed into her physical form behind the girl while she was distracted, and her fingers were just about to unclasp the necklace when she realized someone was standing just behind her.
