Liam and Nick
Neculai liked the hum of noise and the shifting colors of light. He didn't engage with any of his fellow students, but was content to observe from the side. For the most part, people left him alone. Occasionally someone would point at him and comment on his resemblance to Sorin - Sorin had always been a feature at the parties - and then they'd be on their way. Not many students wanted to be closely associated with Nick. Some because of his history, some because they just weren't sure what to think of him.
Nick wasn't bothered. He kept an eye out for the few people who would actually talk to him, but he hadn't seen Sasha yet.
When Liam approached, Nick turned his head, hoping the were would pass him by. He didn't. Nick's jaw flexed and he gave Liam a frown. "Look what way?" He ignored the cup and crossed his arms. "Is there a specific way I'm supposed to look at parties?"
