She was in line getting lunch behind a girl she recognized from sculpture class. Her boyfriend was in Lacrosse with her. "So you're dating Daylan, yea?" She asked. "Kendra right?"
The blonde girl looked at Kerr with a furrowed brow but then a smile. "What? Oh yea. And you're?"
"Oh, Kerr. We're on Lacrosse together." She said, her accent thick as er sounds came out a little like an ah. "He talks a lot about you. But you're much prettier than he described."
"Really?" Kendra tucked some hair behind her hear, blushing. "We have class together too right? Your assignment looks pretty cool."
Kerr smiled, grabbing an item from the selection of food. "Yea, yours too." She stepped in close, she could feel a little excitement from the girl, who clearly thought Kerr was a guy as even her surface emotions were getting a little lusty. "I have to ask, is it true you guys have an open relationship?"
Quickly the emotion changed as Kendra's brow furrowed and she struggled not to raise her voice. "What? Why would you-?"
"Oh, just something Daylan said." Kerr replied. "He said you guys have an understanding or something. Like he can get with someone on the side and if you think we're hot enough we might get lucky with you." Every word Kerr spoke was a lie, but it came out so believable. with every second, Kerr could feel the rage building up inside the blonde until she just silently walked away.
Heading to an empty area with a clear view of the show, Kerr sat with her food. Across the room a tray slammed to the table as the blonde started to yell at the unsuspecting boyfriend. Funny how Kerrs name wasn't mentioned, just the idea of the rumor was enough to set her off and cause him to jump to the defensive. They both started to yell at each other, anger wafting off both of them. "Fuck yes." Kerr purred as she got her fill from a few tables away, her eyes flashing red as she did.
