She was glad that he accepted the invitation. She knew that she didn't really want anything to do with anyone when she was in his situation, so that at least meant that perhaps he would be a bit more willing to accept her help than she would have been. When he returned, she began walking towards the exit to the dorms. "Just away from people mostly," she told him, "If you decide on another place then that's cool."
Her direction was aimed for Sorin's gravesite, but she would take into consideration John's choice when he noticed. If he decided that he didn't want to go there she wouldn't fight it. She waited until they had left the dorms before she really decided to say anything. "Only a few people know what I am about to tell you," she told him, attempting to keep the edge of warning from her voice as she spoke. The last person she had told she had threatened with death if he repeated it. She likely wouldn't kill Alex for real, but she would be pissed if he did say it. "Last year I watched the first girl I ever loved die in order to save me." For the first time she spoke the words without it being forced out of her.
