The one thing he'd not gotten used to yet was the attention. Ever since he'd followed his sisters advice and started to dress nicer, less 'slacker' he'd gottten more attention. Even just cutting his hair a little made him look more put together. Of course the reason he'd dressed and been the way he had was to hide his looks. That blessing or curse, depending on who you asked, that came with his line of Fae... the natural good looks, eye turning allure and charm that resonated from him brought Pavel attention from a lot of people. It sort of conflicted with the slightly paranoid upbringing he'd had. But he had to tough it up, right? It was all part of being a new man and shedding the bad from his past. "You look nice." He said, entering her room.
He saw the look in her eye and it made his pulse quicken as nerves built a little. Part of him wanted to get right into it. Apologize, figure out where they stood, and if they were still friends, share his summer and come out. But instead he said. "First week go well? Not too much homework right away?" God he was pathetic sometimes. Shaking his head. "No. Sorry. I should not do 'small talk'." He reached out to take her hands in his gloved ones, looking her in the eyes. "I am sorry I did not call. I am sorry I was idiot and bad friend."
