She shrugged a bit at the note about humans. "Some of them can manage it," she noted thinking about her uncle who had gone dark ever since she had been taken by her sire. Nice to know how much he cared about his family. "But yeah. They aren't usually the ones that have to keep hidden in this world."
She shrugged again in response. "I always thought I would just be a more informed hunter," she told him, "Sorta police the supernatural world or something. I figured after my parents died it was the best way I could apologize." She didn't talk about her parents much to anyone. The only reason she was alright with saying anything about them to Alex was because he was aware of what she was supposed to have been raised to be. She couldn't recall at the moment how much she had told him before, but she knew at least she could mention them a bit. "But I guess I could do something like this for a while."
