Fred accepted the box and began to open it, smirking about it not being a ring. "You mean you aren't proposing?" she asked with fake disdain. Though she was joking she felt great relief flow through her. Lately it seemed, she had been having difficulties with her meditative visions. They were just seeming incredibly realistic, so anything she could latch onto that proved the current world was the real one were helpful.
As she looked at the coin, she grinned. "Maybe next time you should give me this type of thing before I hit up Vegas," she winked at him before continuing with, "Thanks Lexi." She kept hold of the coin, and would likely always hold it close to her. Her parents had taught her not to take things like that for granted as you never knew when one of them would be the real deal, and since this one came from a legit place, she could be pretty damn sure that it was the real deal.
"So how was China?" she asked while looking to him with interest.
