Tanek scoffed at that comment, because he knew his dancing was like an awful combination of an epileptic seizure and a sloppy folk dance. He had very little rhythm, he knew this, and it was something that even drugs and booze generally did very little to solve. But still, he did not feel the need to correct Clare, because, when she was dancing with him? It almost felt as if he could follow the music.
He grinned. "Thank you for the dance," and then, almost stuttering: "I don't know what to say. That never happens to me."
