"A truce may suffice for now but eventually terms for a peace agreement may become necessary and a wall be torn down," Felicity said, reminding him of the outcome of the Cold War. Did he think it would end differently? She could continue this way but she was worried about Galad. He was the one stuck between the two of them.
She replied, now looking him right in the eyes, "No, I think Galad will take care of that on the way back." It was about time that Gil knew that she had picked up on his farce. Still, this could've gone much worse. But she was curious about the reaction. Had he kept going even though he knew she picked up on it? Or did he not expect her to know it was him at all.
