"Hmph," Ryuuko made a small noise of agreement with Alicia. She was almost done with her candy hamburgers and eyed Alicia's own progress. She would give the candy to Alicia because Ryuuko had no strong taste for sweets. Yes, she liked the milkshakes that Blake made for her, but she'd tried these candies before. Entirely too sweet for her. She just liked to make them and have them look as perfect as she could possibly make them.
Ryuuko knew that ego was indeed a frail thing, but she had a hard time acknowledging when she herself made some failings. Like most children, Ryu had a hard time knowing when she was wrong about something, and sometimes (if not often) fought with flimsy logic. It was improving vastly and she could not only communicate better than a six-year-old, but grasp concepts better and faster.
"Many people died and suffered because of his ego," Ryuuko commented.
