"I did not say they would run away," Ryuuko pointed out, "When people are in the presence of a real dragon, they may feel fear, but they are in awe of the power of a dragon. A real dragon. Those that would continue to be disrespectful would be numbered among the fools. Even slayers respect dragons." There had to be a sense of respect because dragons were no easy prey. "I give respect to those I feel deserve it." She respected Blake and Mr. Kaden and even Alicia. The witch from down under hadn't treat Ryuuko too much like a little girl. That was good.
At the second question, Ryuuko answered without hesitation, "Yes. They would at least put me on the same level as them. I will have to show them they are foolish for looking upon my appearance and thinking it is what I am." She shook her head, sighing in the way adults might when they thought about the foolishness of youth.
